1. The TBI Desk LTD is a company that provides unbiased opinion, information, guidance and assistance to taxi drivers and vehicle proprietors, to enable them to try and resolve problems they have encountered, in their business. It does not provide advice, or recommendations, and The TBI Desk LTD and any of its employees, directors or shareholders are therefore not liable for loss due to any actions taken by you, after receiving that information, guidance or assistance. 

2. All information you provide to The TBI Desk LTD, is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, and the General Data Protection Regulations 2015. Any information you provide, will only be shared with third parties,  in order to facilitate the provision of the aforementioned information, or otherwise in accordance with the 2018 act and/or the 2015 regulations, where lawful, reasonable and necessary. If you have any concerns about how your information is, has or will be processed, you can write to us, or complain directly to the Information Commissioner's Office, who is the regulator for data protection.

3. The TBI Desk LTD does not guarantee that the information provided is correct. 

4. By providing information to The TBI Desk LTD, you consent to that information being processed for all purposes related to the provision of information, to you. 

5. Your rights under the 2018 act and the 2015 regulations can be exercised at any time, and The TBI Desk LTD will take all reasonable steps to process your information securely, and with due diligence. 

6. The TBI Desk LTD provides the service free of charge, therefore no payment is due at any time, to us, for the service provided. The information provided is not to be treated as legal advice, therefore any information you provide, can possibly be disclosed in any proceedings or on the production of any court order, furthermore, where required by law to cooperate with any third party, including law enforcement, we will do so. 

7. The employees or directors or representatives of the TBI Desk LTD are not qualified legal advisers, therefore they do not represent individuals in court, if you are looking for representation, recommendations and advice, it is incumbent upon you to seek the assistance of appropriately qualified and certified legal counsel. We can look to assist you in matters relating to licencing outside of court, but in court, any individual will have to take legal advice and representation, or pursue other methods, of their choosing, we will not be able to assist. If any of our employees, directors  or representatives, do assist you with licencing matters, they and us to do not take on any liability for the consequences of that assistance, by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you have therefore agreed to this. 

8.  Your statutory rights, under legislation, are preserved.
